
Scissors-Start with your feet on one side of the ball. Take the foot closer to the ball around the side of the ball closer to you and then do the same thing with other foot and then push out with that ball.
Step Over- You start with right foot on right side of the ball, and left foot on left side of the ball. You take on foot to the other side and push out.
